At Hickory Hill, we offer highly competitive and reasonable rates. Effective March 1, 2026, our fee schedule is as follows:
Residential Living
Our residential living fees cover medication management, laundry, all personal hygiene supplies, and assistance with one activity of daily living (ADL), such as bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, transferring, ambulation, or cognitive direction.

Assisted Living
Our assisted living fees include medication management, laundry, all personal hygiene and incontinence supplies, and assistance with two to three activities of daily living (ADLs) as listed above.

Additional Levels of Care
We offer two different levels of additional care for assisted living residents:
Intensive AL
- Additional Cost: $660/month, $22/day
- Includes all services in assisted living, plus assistance with four to five activities of daily living (ADLs) or if two-person assistance is required for any ADLs.
Level II AL
- Additional Cost: $990/month, $33/day
- Includes all services in assisted living, plus assistance with six or more activities of daily living (ADLs) or two-person assistance with four or more ADLs.
Memory Care (VanHattem Wing)
Our memory care services include medication management, laundry, all personal hygiene and incontinence supplies, as well as assistance with all activities of daily living. Our memory care fees are as follows:

Additional Levels of Care
We offer an additional level of care for residents in need of memory care:

To ensure our residents feel at home, we offer the following optional services:
- Beauty and Barber Shop Visits
- Fall Monitor Rental
- Lunch Outings (Cost of Luncheon Only)
- MD-Ordered Nutritional Supplements
- WanderGuard Bracelets and Bands (Available in Memory Care Wing Only)
- Gift Shop Purchases
- Non-Activity Related Transportation for Doctor Visits, etc.
